This series was released in August of 2014, and include 12 completely new figures, that mostly relate to 'The Day Of The Doctor' and 'The Time Of The Doctor', although there is a figure from past series and series 8.  This series also incorperated a lot of detail into the figures, and changes the colour of the Eleventh Doctors' hair from black to dark brown.

This was the fifth wave of Doctor Who Character Building, and included figures that had not been included in a series, or variations of figures released previously.  The Sontaran, Judoon, and Dalek Sec were figures planned for series 3, but didn't make the final release.  There is also the Cyberman (Collectors set), Silence (Army set), and Eternal Dalek (Mirror exclusives) that had previously been released, but never in a series.  The only previously unseen figure, was the variation of the Eleventh Doctor (Series 1 costume)  wearing a fez.  This series was also the first Character Building series to adopt the new 'Display Brix' packaging.

This wave was the first wave to have an equal chance of getting the figures, and was released instead of Series 4, in order to celerate the 50th Anniversary of Doctor Who.  It included completely new variations of the 11 Doctors, and was released alongside the 50th Anniversary 11 Doctors set.

This series was released in 2012, and was poorely distrubuted, taking months to reach stores.  These are all-new figures, with the acception of the cyber leader - which was included in the Cyberman collectors pack.

This series was released in late 2011, and included some new figures, as well as variations of figures from the past series.  All of these figures were based of Series 5 of the TV series.

This was the first series of Characer Building Doctor Who, and was based of Series 5 of the TV Show.  It provided 2 variations of the Eleventh Doctor, Paradigm Daleks, and Weeping Angels, as well as 4 other figures.  A lot of the figures are basic in this series and lack detail found in newer figure, yet still retain the detail and style required to potray each character.
